Become Certified to Teach The Diodatics Strength and Health Workouts
"The Diodatics exercise program has been a valuable addition to our community for nearly a year now. What sets this program apart is its innovative weight design, which has made it more accessible for our residents to engage in the exercises. Ann Marie has done an excellent job in training my team and I to teach the program effectively. She also conducts classes once a week, and we have witnessed a significant increase in the number of participants attending the weight training classes. Overall, this program has been instrumental in promoting the well-being and fitness of our residents." Rosanne Arguines, Life Enrichment Director

The Diodatics Chair Workouts consist of time-tested weight training moves that are easily performed by the residents. We ensure to play upbeat, fun music, making it not just an exercise class but also a great way to get stronger and healthier while socializing with neighbors.
No one knows what weight anyone is using because the color of the weight is cosmetic, and the weights are concealed inside. Thus, even the weakest person feels a great sense of accomplishment and happiness as they can keep up with the rest of the class. The weights range from 1/5 lb to 5 lbs.
Individuals using wheelchairs can easily retrieve their Diodatics from the floor without concerns about them rolling away, unlike conventional dumbbells.
Diodatics offer significant advantages for individuals with arthritis in their hands, as they eliminate the need to worry about gripping the weight. While dumbbells provide only one grip option, Diodatics offer six different comfortable gripping possibilities.
Furthermore, residents confined to their beds can also benefit from a Diodatics Workout, provided proper supervision is in place.
